Where to start! Firstly I'm a Certified Transformational Life Coach and am accredited by EMCC (cool huh!)

I'm a mother to three young children, married to my wonderful husband Chris and we live in beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon. I'm a city girl at heart and miss living in London but am embracing the country air and slower pace of life.
​
I have years of experience in implementing business growth strategies. I've worked for a global company as an Operations Manager and was most recently an Operations Director in the Leadership Team of a small business.
​
My past roles have given me a wealth of experience in leadership, productivity, efficiency and business growth. However, what I have learnt is that however great your strategy is, you won't be able to execute it efficiently if your mindset isn't there yet.
​
I am passionate about helping female entrepreneurs who’ve courageously left the safety of their 9-5 in pursuit of their dream of building a successful business.
